I decided I needed more space in my house in Knock and got quotes to extend it which were way above my budget and would have disrupted me and my family for months. I heard about Big Red Barn Modular Homes and went to have a look at the show house. I was literally blown away by it. It was bright, spacious and finished to a very high standard and a quarter of the price I had been quoted for an extension. To me, it was a no brainer and I now have all the space I need and love it. The evening Donal and his team finished we had a party for all our family and friends in it and they were very impressed with it. During all the good weather we had a BBQ every evening on our decking. We are happy out.

When Donal handed me the keys to my home I was a happy man. I had been paying €200 a week to rent a 2 bedroom house in East Galway. I went to the Credit Union and got a secured a loan. The re-payments on the loan are were way less than renting. I got my home ready to move in and had change left over out of the money I Borrowed. I absolutely love it and I still can’t believe it all happened. I went to look at the show house in Swinford and 8 weeks later I have my own home.

I have a Modular Home for the past two years and we use it as a holiday home in cong co. Mayo. The site we put it on is very exposed and I was a bit nervous that it might not withstand the wind etc. This winter we had two hurricanes with gusts of wind reaching 150 MPH and our home didn’t budge and was perfect no damage, it withstood the hurricanes with no damage done. We love going there for weekends and holidays and would highly recommend Big Red Barns modular homes.

I recently purchased a Modular Home from Big Red Barn and couldn’t be happier with it. It looks class and the decking and finishes inside are great. We went for the one bed with kitchen, living room, ensuite and the under floor heating. I can’t believe how economical it is to heat and how the home holds the heat. Eight weeks after placing my order I had my home ready to move in and dealing with Donal and his team was a real pleasure. I would highly recommend the Big Red Barn.
